These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MaintainMe mobile application ("App") provided by Nomadic Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the App.
MaintainMe is a maintenance tracking application for vehicles, equipment, and property. It includes maintenance scheduling, fuel logging, expense tracking, push notification reminders, AI-powered assistance (Pro), owner's manual lookup (Pro), and data export (Pro).
You must create an account using a valid email address and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use.
We may offer a 7-day free trial of Pro features. After the trial, Pro features will be disabled unless you subscribe.
Pro is available for $3/month or $20/year. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective app store.
You retain ownership of all data and content you enter into the App. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes unrelated to providing the App's services.
IMPORTANT: The AI maintenance assistant and owner's manual lookup features are for informational purposes only. They do NOT constitute professional mechanical, engineering, or automotive advice. AI responses may contain errors or inaccuracies. Always consult your vehicle's official owner's manual or a qualified mechanic before performing maintenance. You use AI features entirely at your own risk.
IMPORTANT: Maintenance reminders are a convenience tool only and are not guaranteed to be accurate or timely. Push notification delivery depends on your device settings and network connectivity. You are solely responsible for maintaining your vehicles in safe operating condition.
You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access to other users' data, reverse-engineer or decompile the App, use automated systems to access the App, or use the AI chat to generate harmful content.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and logos, is owned by Nomadic Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. "MaintainMe" and the MaintainMe logo are trademarks of Nomadic Studio.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information provided will be accurate or complete.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOMADIC STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Our total aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the greater of your subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months or fifty US dollars ($50.00).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration or small claims court on an individual basis.
These Terms are between you and Nomadic Studio, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
